4. Eat Healthy. You can add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Add fiber to aid digestion.

5. Manage Your Stress. Stress may make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne attacks. You could try to relax more, limit your to do list, and work on what might be causing the stress.

What Can You Do In The Wintertime?

When the snow is blowing and the ponds are all iced up, your skin needs to be cared for a little differently. This includes:

1. Moisturize your skin more. Cold conditions are frequently dry. Your skin needs to moisturize to adapt to these dry conditions.

2. Use sunscreen. The sun is however shining brightly. You need sun protection to protect your skin from the shining sun.

3. Wear gloves. Gloves will look after your hands from the cold, dry conditions. Gloves will also save your hands from freezing.

4. Try to avoid wet gloves and socks. In cold winter weather, wet gloves and socks freeze. This can irritate your skin and cause your feet and hands to freeze.
