Number 5. Commitment and dedication. It takes a great deal of commitment to follow through with a workout plan but it is your only option if you want to get bigger. You should try to work out 5 to 6 times a week. This works and puts enough tension on the muscle groups for them to grow but doesn’t over work them. After your workout rest up with a protein shake and rest.
